An Invitation to pray for Healing for our Country

What if all the people of God joined together in prayer for our country?  What if we genuinely cried out to God to heal our land every time the National Anthem is played? What if this song which represents, America’s fight for freedom became the catalyst for true freedom?  What if this song and the flag, spurred God’s people to battle in the heavenly and earthly realms for our country and our world?

May we bow our heads in humility, and repentance, seeking the face of our God, asking Him to do what humans have been powerless to do–Heal our land.

This is what I plan to do every time the National Anthem is played.  Will you join me?StockSnap_L9MGC617HI

the Jesus whose love is lavish,
whose compassion is perfect.Continue Reading

We are all familiar with this story which occurred as Jesus was on His way to Jarius’ house to heal his daughter. The crowd was pressing in on him in every direction. And yet, some how this woman managed to anonymously touch the tip of his garment. Instantaneously, she was completely healed. After receiving her healing, she tried to sneak away quietly, hoping Jesus would never know that she touched Him. However, Jesus stops and calls her out. He asks who touched him. Of course, this sounds like an absurd question because there were many who were touching him.Continue Reading
